In the course of a public appearance to a cathedral in Staffordshire on Monday, King Charles was heckled by a individual who asked him about Prince Andrew's links with disgraced financier Epstein.

The protester inquired how long the monarch had been aware about his sibling's relationship with Epstein, and also raised doubts about whether he had instructed the authorities to "conceal" for Prince Andrew.

Despite the heckling, there were large groups of fans and applause for the monarch, who was visiting Staffordshire for an event.

The Duke of York's links with Jeffrey Epstein have been under renewed focus in the past few weeks. The prince, who gave up his titles earlier this month, has strongly denied any wrongdoing.

"For how long have you known about Andrew and Epstein? Have you asked the authorities to conceal for Andrew?"

The monarch did not respond but continued meeting supporters, some of whom shouted "God Save The King". One fan can be overheard asking him for a embrace.

Another woman outside the venue was also observed telling the heckler to "leave" and to "be quiet".

Scandal Revived by Memoir

The controversy over Prince Andrew's connections to Jeffrey Epstein has been revived by misconduct allegations repeated in Ms. Giuffre's recently released memoir.

In the memoir, Ms Giuffre says she had sexual encounters with the prince on three separate occasions, including one instance with Jeffrey Epstein and "several other minors"

Prince Andrew, who reached a out-of-court agreement with Ms Giuffre in 2022, has repeatedly denied any misconduct. In a previous interview, he told a news program he did not remember meeting her "at all", and that they "never had any sort of intimate relations."

Fresh Questions Over Finances and Living Arrangements

But recently, fresh questions have been asked about how he is able to finance his way of life despite not being a active member of the royal family.

The disclosure that he has only ever paid a token annual rent on his Royal Lodge has intensified the scrutiny over his housing situation - even though he made significant contributions initially, including for improvements.

The political party said he should be called in before members of parliament to give evidence about his rental agreement of his lodge.

But last week, the authorities refused to give MPs time to debate the royal's titles or his home, despite increasing calls for investigation.

The royal household has not commented on whether Prince Andrew might relocate of his home - or where he might go.
